02 / FROM LOST TO LOOKING

Three steps.
One clear plan.

Tell me what happened
01

Tell me the story.

Tell me what’s missing, which pins you’re looking for, or what land you’d like explored. A few details help narrow the search.

02

We make a search plan.

We’ll discuss the location, access, timing, and cost before a visit, so you know what to expect.

03

I get to work.

I search the agreed area carefully with a metal detector, following the clues and keeping you informed along the way.

Every search is different. Recovery can’t be guaranteed, but your lost item deserves a thoughtful search.

JUST LOST SOMETHING?

The best clue is
where you are right now.

Mark the spot or save a pin on your phone. Note what you were doing and keep the surrounding area as undisturbed as possible. Then get in touch.

03 / A LITTLE REASSURANCE

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Can you guarantee you’ll find it?

No one can promise a recovery. The item, ground conditions, search area, and location all matter. I’ll talk through the situation honestly before arranging a search.

How much does a search cost?

Lost-item searches are $75 for up to one hour; property pin searches are $125 for up to 90 minutes. Extra time is $25 per half-hour, only with your approval. See pricing and travel details. Property discovery searches are quoted individually.

What areas do you cover?

I serve Endicott and the greater Binghamton area. Send your town or general location, and I’ll confirm travel availability and whether the site is suitable for a search.

What if I lost it a while ago?

It can still be worth discussing. Tell me roughly when it went missing and whether the area has changed since then, such as landscaping, new soil, or accumulated leaves.

Can you search a park or someone else’s property?

We’ll need the property owner’s permission and must follow any rules for the location. Let’s confirm access before arranging the search.
